Road Stud Installation Steps:
1, location: first determine the installation position with a ruler, the vertical position in a straight line, the installation distance and design requirements shall prevail, installation should be smooth, dry, clean, no gap.
2, mixing glue: spike special glue a and spike special B glue, glue glue a and B ratio is 1:1 (such as: glue a 1 kg, B glue (1 kg) glue must stir, color consistency.
3, viscose: installation of pavement to clean, use glue to moderate, which is sticky and work the ground spike, don't spill too much, about each spike need with 40 grams of glue, the glue signs painted on the bottom surface of the installation to clean up after road debris.
4, Patrol: two hours after the installation of the spike check.
5, road closures: road closures for 6 hours, to ensure the curing time of glue.
6, if it is aluminum spike, hole depth is greater than the pin hole diameter is larger than the depth of 1cm, pin 2mm.
