The Road Cat Eyes First Appear in Overhead Viaduct of Rongcheng
Recently, the Fuzhou Municipal Engineering Administration Bureau has installed road stud cat eyes for 10 bridges in the urban area of Fuzhou, and the installation would last for half a month. It should be noticed that the cat eyes installed this time are the 360°reflective amber road studs, which are first applied in downtown of Fuzhou. And in the future, the safety of night-driving will improve greatly. In the process of installation, the workers punch the ground to get a hole whose diameter is 100mm and depth is 24mm, and the asphalt concrete of left on the hole will be removed. Then appropriate amount of asphalt mastic will be injected into the hole, and put the cat eye into the hole. After the installation, the cat eye seems like a raised bright ball on the ground at night. The officer of the Fuzhou Municipal Engineering Administration Bureau introduces that it is planned to install the cat eyes on 10 overhead viaducts in urban area of Fuzhou, and they are Doumen Overhead Viadu
